The AUAS is proud to bring to The NOGI Awards Gala the world renowned philosopher, mathematician and visionary, Hannes Keller. Contributions made by Hannes Keller to diving include development of decompression algorithms for use in dive computers. In 1961, he set the current deep diving record of 710 feet. The authoritative book by Christopher Swann, "The History of Oilfield Diving", chronicles some of the accomplishments of Hannes Keller (click for excerpt *). He is also an artist, concert pianist and a
lot of fun! He has hinted that there will be a little surprise for all
who attend.
